I’ve been enjoying this live 24 hour webcam of African wildlife. It seems to be maintained by someone who occasionally checks in on it and re-orients it to look at the most interesting stuff, and it has high quality video and sound, as well as night vision.
If you look in during the day you’ll probably see black and white night vision video due to the time difference, but in the evenings and mornings this area seems to be crawling with giraffes and zebras, and some people say they’ve seen cheetahs and other big cats.
It’s a good source of neutral, nature background noise, and occasionally, there’s a giraffe!

we have truly enjoyed watching the animals on this webcam. we are keeping a list and have seen hyenas, wildebeasts, baboons, zebras, giraffes, water buffalo, antelope and deer of many kinds, wart hogs, ducks, geese, owls, monkeys, a single jackrabbit, an elephant, a heron, and a coyote?

I have been enjoying this site for a while now. Does anyone know where in Africa the camera is set up? I sort of got a link to AWF but there was no mention of the this live webcam at a watering hole. There seems to be a village of some kind near by and it is possibly remotecontrolled. It must be some sort of Game reserve or Park.
Anyone know?
